After 40 days and 40 nights of rain, (okay that’s an exaggeration) in San Francisco; the sun finally came out! Hunter and I took advantage of the beautiful weather and walked a total of 13 miles this weekend. We made it a goal to wake up early, brew fresh coffee, head out the door & not come back till sunset both days. Saturday was spent in the Mission district. Our first stop was some place new to the both of us, Reveille Coffee Co.; Avocado Toasts + Fried Eggs, Cappuccino, & Coconut Chia Pudding. We hung out at Dolores Park, got some goodies from Bi-Rite: Pliny the Elder Growler (Hunter has been on the hunt for this beer!!!) & chocolate. We continued shopping & walking down 17th-21st & checked out some great street art/graffiti ally ways. We worked up an appetite and dined at Tacolicious (try them all, seriously!). Sunday morning came and we had breakfast at home. We hiked Lands End, & enjoyed a late lunch from Judahlicious on the beach. We both had the “No Shirt, No Shoes” & agreed we would keep coming back till we tried everything on the menu! We were so tired after walking around all weekend, we took a long nap & couldn’t decide between homemade snickerdoodle popcorn or tilapia for dinner, that we had both. This weekend was so relaxing and just what we needed for the week ahead (a busy one) ++ fingers crossed it’s sunny again this weekend!
